The hotel is in a nice safe area, very close to Punta Carreras shopping centre where you can get a bus (121) down to the old town, lots of restaurants and the sea. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Big comfy bed, basic kitchenette facilities, a small roof terrace pool to cool off. The buffet breakfast was great - a good range of hot and cold, lovely staff. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioning (which until this point worked excellently) and gave us another room and partial refund for the inconvenience.. It would have been nice to have a few sun loungers on the roof terrace and the black plastic armchairs were too hot to sit on! It's useful to have some Spanish as staff aren't all English speaking
Very Good
Comfortable hotel; nice staff; stayed in a family room. The king bed was comfortable, the twin beds a bit hard. Everything was clean.. Needs renovations, especially the elevators, which stopped working twice during our stay. AC also stopped working, but the hotel fixed it the same day. The timing of room service (cleaning) was a bit odd, as I expected the room would be cleaned while we were gone during the morning and early afternoon , but if I returned at 4PM, the room was still undone.
Nice stay
Simple but comfortable stay. The staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!. The elevator can take quite a while to come as it is really slow and there's a lot of traffic in the hotel

Excellent localization, stuffs - food, cleaning and the hall soundtrack!. I would have liked to have stayed in a room with a street view, but other than that, everything was great!

The concierge team, Karina and Ahmed, were amazing, very helpful and welcoming, and always listened to ones day out. Not very welcoming. was the Manager. The housekeeper, Veronica, was also amazing.. The caterers for breakfast—the team were lovely; they could have rated the breakfast for something different; it does get boring if you are there for 3 weeks.

Nice room and breakfast. Staff was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the room wasn't hoovered. Also, we found a visible snot on the wall. For this daily rate should not have happened
Nice hotel in a great central location.
Great location. Loved having a balcony. Breakfast was fine.. This isn't a high end boutique hotel. It needs a bit of TLC (tender loving care), painting, refresh some furnishings. They also leave the cleaning cart in the hall all day! Not cool. And with only two small elevators, they used one for service at prime time when people were going to breakfast and checking out. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos.

Breakfast is fair, location very good (at least for us), staff very nice (but not always efficient), they need a lift for the staff .... Lifts are rare and slow, used by staff most of the time
Perfect location, the rest just ok
Perfect location next to Punta Carretas and in a lively quarter with streets full of restaurants. Rooms renovated maybe not long ago but with many signs of use on the floor and walls. The bathroom was oldfashioned. Hotel with no business center and leisure espaces. Breakfast ok, not more than this. Staff at the reception made many mistales when codifying the keys. Cleaning staff picked shorts by mistake and got lost in the laundry.
Great place, I'd come back for sure
Location, sleek room, nice views, staff was really kind, kitchen is well equipped considering is a hotel.. Mini bar's empty, no water or drinks at all on reception or anywhere in the hotel after restaurant close time (22 hrs). After midnight, all shops are closed so you are left without anything to drink at all. Tap water is not recommended.

Comfortable bed and room, great breakfast and good location - at walking distance from stores, markets and a shopping mall. Besides the mini fridge, the room also had some kitchenware, a microwave and a separate sink, which could be covered with a sliding door and was super useful when ordering food or just having some snacks.. Not so many energy plugs close to the bed, and none in the bathroom. The two elevators are small and the waiting can be long in busy days.

Location was excellent. The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful.. The breakfast was average. The pool area is old and was run down no shade .. ( Hotel needs to upgrade the photos on their website) gym non existent..rooms noisy (if you have bad guests upstairs .. you need ear muffs) property runs out of towels more than twice a week .. it takes 24 hours to get fresh towels..

Location is good. Stuff is helpful. Beds are really comfortable and soft, slept like a baby. There were deck chairs in the picture and that was a reason, why I picked this hotel, so we are able to take a sun bath, but when we went to roof top, there were only usal chairs
